Blind Melon played this afternoon a short and intimate acoustic show on G-Rock radio, an alternative rock radio station from New Jersey. The boys sounded happy and relax when answering Terrie Carr and some very lucky fans in the audience.

The band starts a new tour tonight at Dexter’s in Riverdale, NJ.

For My Friends will be in stores on April 22 but will probably be available at the Blind Melon shows in early April.
The boy on the cover is Adrienne and Logan’s son, both are Travis long time friends. Adrienne saw Blind Melon in October 1995, a few days before Shannon died. Her son was born a few months later and was named after Shannon Hoon.

The album will also feature a duet with Travis’ mother, Tennessee Tuckness on the song Cheetum Street. Tenneesee will be opening for Blind Melon in Dallas, TX.
