In 1991, Blind Melon worked on an EP, produced by longtime Neil Young producer David Briggs and titled The Sippin’ Time Sessions. Nothing came out officialy from these sessions. In the Letters From A Porcupine documentary, you can see snippets of the band playing Soul One live. Today, thanks to Matt of www.blindmelonforum.com, watch the 3 takes shoted that day.
